• Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app logs, crash reports, cookies and analytics data.
• Communications: messages you send to our support channels, call recordings where permitted by law.

Note: deletion requests are processed subject to banking regulations; certain records (e.g., transaction history) may be retained as required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
